The Nut Kitchen - Smooth Hazelnut Paste 150g with100% Italian Hazelnuts - Ideal for Baking and Making ice Cream

Love this brand! Their 100% nut pastes give a great flavour when mixed with creme patisserie. The hazelnut paste (praline) is absolutely delicious and will give anything you flavour it with a Kinder Bueno/Speculoos type flavour. Made a creme mousseline filling with it for choux buns and they went down a treat. The price is a bit more than what I would like to pay for an ingredient but worth it in this case as I needed it quite quickly and could not find it anywhere else at the time.

Totally delicious nut butter

I used this to make hazelnut and chocolate profiteroles. Whilst it’s not a cheap product & will definately be looking for a cheaper source it was fantastic in taste, consistency and the amount lasted a very long time.

Taste wasn’t as deep as expected. Texture was a little thin - probably due to the addition of extra oil. Although not super expensive, it was quite a lot for the very small quantity supplied. Having said all that, the flavour of the ice cream I used it for was reasonably decent. I probably won’t order it again.

If you are like me sugar free and miss these nutella, kinder bueno flavours this will be an absolute star for you. Mix it with oil, sweetener and bit of cocoa powder and you have nutella (i use avocado oil and xylitol). Mix it with cream and you have kinder bueno. It is very expensive unfortunately but will save in these craving situations.

What I imagine eating velvet might be like.So smooth and a good hazelnut flavour, perfect for adding to desserts or just eating out of the tub :-).
