Elegant and Portable Spot Welder
I can't believe I didn't have this amazing device before. With a bit of imagination this spot welder can do much more than just battery packs. Lightweight and elegant design. Works right out of the box with minimal setup and a short learning curve. To get good welding results use just enough pressure on the electrodes to secure the nickel strip in place. Gear setting 5.0 was used for all welding spots.

Works very well
This small compact unit is a very good quality madespot welder for 18650 batteries etc and is a much better than buying a circuit board and then having to buy a battery as with a bare circuit board you have the problem of shor circuit on the work surface but this little unit does the job without any problems or issues.

Great for 18650 batteries
Incredibly easy to use, and it spot welds with most normal strips very well. Battery seems to last for ages when charged, but I'm not convinced about the 6000mAh rating - the device feels too light to have that much battery inside. But to be fair that's just a guess, and I have't pulled it apart to test.

Positive:It works great, you feel the difference when switching the gears, screen is fine, soldering is amazing, wires are solid.Negative:It says 6000mah I doubt it, it feels cheap and it's very light, wires are great but really short., USB C connector is rubbish, it does not hold the charging cable, it snaps out easily, tried different cables, every cable got out of the port resulting in not charging the unit. I would say it's honest price would be 18% less than it's sold at the moment.I would chose other models at this price that work as powerbank as well

Very easy to use. Only two settings to adjust. Battery good for 50+ welds.
Once you realise that 'gear' means power level, set it to 5 and I have welded over 50 batteries without any problem. Included file is useful and the reel of metal tabs good quality and easy to cut.
