The Best, the very best!. I read in a magazine the 2 things to look for in a prebiotic. This product had both and everything they promised was true. My memory is so much better . I have been depressed all my life. This product helps enormously with that Big pills, no taste, could be opened and put over your cereal or in your smoothie. For me only, they seemed very pricey, well compared to other probiotics I have bought they are. But so worth it.

not the same item has it's been
I have been purchasing these capsules item for year. I would normally give this five stars in review. But lately it's more of a one star! So, I averaged to three stars. Why? The capsules used to be full. Today, we're lucky if the capsules are half full, sometimes less. Shrink-flation? And I could not find a spot to contact the seller. Sure would like to know why I'm paying the same for half. So this does help me ,still not sure about the capsules only half full .

I have been using this product for a while now and it has made an improvement in how my body feels and reacts to the environment daily. It’s been easy to swallow, there’s not any taste and I think it’s worth every penny I paid for it.

Great for memory issues
I started taking this in April as it was suggested to help improve forgetfulness that comes with being in my sixties. Within 3 weeks I noticed improvement and now I feel that I have no memory problems at all!
