My journey towards zero waste/low impact/eco friendly has been a ride, especially as a woman who's never used pads. I got these to coincide with my Menstrual Cup use or disuse. Having readjusted to a new birth control, my flow got heavier. So using this for a three day use. The only time its noticeable that "this isn't a normal pair of underwear" is when they're in your hand, the little extra weight from the "pad" area. The smell was only offensive when cleaning it under cold water and with some felz naphtha. With this though, I'm willing to put in the extra work in cleaning them. If you were a woman who could go an entire day/night cycle without covering a pad, you're cleared with this.

My periods are light and I am tired of where pads that are getting bunched up. These underwear were very comfortable and don't bunch up. The are easy to clean. Will order more.

I Recently discovered that Thinx period underwear contains PFAS. This would explain why myself and my daughter who have been using them, had started having irregular periods off and on for about a year and a half since we started using these. Thinx is currently in a lawsuit regarding the high levels of PFAS in their underwear. If you don’t know what PFAS are, Teflon is one and so is scotch guard.A host of health risks are associated with PFAS exposure, including cancer, liver damage, decreased fertility, and increased risk of asthma and thyroid disease.I want a full refund for the 13 pairs I have purchased over the last year and a half.

These are great. I bought them for my daughter who is only 12 and nervous about wearing pads and leaking. I only wish they existed when I was younger.

I wore these twice. They made me feel itchy and pinched when I walked. They held the liquid just fine. I washed them according to the directions. I thought they were clean but I guess they somehow aren't and smell like rotten corpses no matter how much I try to clean them. What makes this worse is that I have a compromised sense of smell so I didn't know. I wore them to my family's thanksgiving and everyone kept saying that someone smells like a dumpster. I am so embarrassed and I deeply regret spending so much on period products that don't work.
