Do you just add to the engine oil?

Yes after changing the engine oil and the filter just empty the contents of the seal conditioner in to the engine. Bit of advice if you car/van has high mileage I would use Forte engine flush before changing engine oil & filter.

How much do i need it for 3.0 bmw engine?

I have a 3.0 Ltr engine coupled to an auto gearbox, with a slight leak on the oil seal. I have used 2 x 125 ml tubes, as one tube is for engines up to 2 Ltrs. However, I have yet to monitor the results.

Do you deliver to the US

As I don't work for the Company I can not answer the question. I am retired mechanic small garage owner that has used the Forte products for over 30 years and I have found after using other products on the market the Forte in my opinion is the only one that does what it said on the bottle.
