Earlier thought of not buying the product due to review that I read. Order by mistake with other product as it was in cart. But after receiving the product I'm not regret. Using for couple of weeks and no issue at all.

Received a low quality product
When I ordered it for second time I received a low quality product which is not as sturdy as it was on first order. This product only have replacement but no return. Not sure if I can get proper product on replacement now.

The media could not be loaded. Undoubtedly 360 rotatable.. it's very useful for me and takes very less quantity of water to clean the vessels.

Connector or extender is poor quality
The joining part - extender / converterto attach the spray is of poor quality and threads get worn out easily
