Tracy Anderson - Metamorphosis Körpertyp: Bauchzen (DVD)

I'm a TA fitness fan, this is my body type in her classification (abcentric), I'm writing this review after almost completed the 3 months programme, and the results are just great. She really knows how to model the best way a woman's body, there's no doubt about it. The best, for me.

All the information is in German but I only wanted it for the DVDs and you can change them to play in English and for the price I took a chance and it worked
