These are great vitamins! They help with early macular degeneration. Been using them for a few years now.

After taking this vitamin for 6 months, my eye exam showed my cataracts forming behind the macula were gone. I brought the bottle to my exam, and my doctor asked what I had been taking. His response was that I will not have to worry about cataracts if I continue taking this. About a year later I noticed my vision was blurring, so I put on my old glasses and guess what. The old glasses worked better with zero blurring because my overal vision had apparently improved after a year of taking this every day. You can stop buying your multivitamin because this is a multi with vision supplements twice as strong as Ared2
