Bought this for my son...was very pleased with its digital features and sound quality

I bought this for my 11 years old son ..the case was very smooth and ear buds magnetic...the sound was very good actually...the set up.was straight forward and no need to read instructions to do it

Warranty registration does not work

When you try to register for the warranty the QR code does not work and the website provided as an alternative is not correct either. These are good earbuds but worried what happens if they stop working

Will lose connection. When obscured

Been using these for a few days now.. And I don't like the way they feel... Feel like they will fall out.. Although they haven't once.. What I will say tho.. Is... I put my phone in my leg pocket and obv earbuds in ears.. When my leg moves as I walk.. It cuts out on the left earbud... Put my phone under my arm to test my theory.... And it completely stopped music....... My arms ain't made of lead 😑edit weeks later.. They cut out when your phone is in your pants pocket.. When walking.. As your leg goes behind.. It loses connectionFfs.. I've bought beats x and there poo too.. No joy!

Never work in sync

Both ear buds never seem to work at the same time shame as the sounds not too bad and only wanted them for nighttime and meditating.
