My 13 yr old daughter has been taking this for a month now. She hates pills (which I was crushing and putting with tea) and she says she seems to feel the difference in class in being able to focus and follow along (she struggles with long term memory issues & ADD). We mix it with orange juice to combat the flavor which has a thick texture and orange flavor and she says she cant taste it and that it tastes good enough to motivate her to take it. We mix it up in disposable cups marked morning/evening. The dose is 2 TBSP in the morning and 1 TBSP at night. Hope this is helpful to someone :)

Estas vitaminas son buenisima para los niƱos con hyperactive, con falta de concentracion. Realmente los ayuda a enfocarse, seguire comprandolas.

The omega complex fatty acids are some of the most healthy in a world of underrated macronutrients and they're vital for kids's brain development. We supplemented our kids' diets with DHA omega-3 from 12 months on for our kids and they're all geniuses so take that for what it's worth. We still try to get them some of these good fats even though a sugary gummy (4g per serving) may not be the ideal delivery mechanism. These are tart citrus flavors and they're pretty sticky so maybe not the best gummy vitamin on the market. It also takes three gummies to make a serving, which is kinda silly as there really is no maximum amount of omega fats a kid can get. They do have some vitamin C in there too but that's not necessary or easily toxic.

I love it.

My son hates swallowing pills so this was a great option for him. He says that they taste good, and have no funny after taste.
