It's okay, flavour is nice enough. Has good amount of protein but isn't any better than some cheaper brands like Per4m. Switched over now.

Taste - One of the nicer chocolate protein shakes I’ve tried on the market Recovery - Compared to other products, I’ve noticed recovery has improved massively and I’ve tried a few (down from 2-3 days to 1 day). Best example of this is leg day. Muscle Growth - Sort of goes hand in hand with recovery but definitely noticed muscle growth has improved since taken this protein. Price - Fairly priced considering you get 10 shakes out of it (if compared to the ready made ones).

Ok so as far as bulking or gaining mass or helping new muscles, that's going to be down the individual. All our bodies act differently. Also my exercise or small weight lifting is incredibly sporadic and short lived, so I can't really say for the efficacy of that part. BUT, when I did train and drank this after there was hardly any muscle tension or pain the next, especially compared to not having any protein, so for that IT WORKS. Defo one of the nicer tasting powders, but let's be fair, it is a powdered shake and it will always taste a bit weird.

Se disuelve bien en agua y leche, sabor muy bueno, sin problemas de digestión y me ha durado un mes, con medio scoop diario para desayuno y uno entero dos veces x semana tras el gym. Contento. Lo cogeré más veces y también de otros sabores
