BlongoBall Outdoor Balls (SET)

I THINK the hard balls are the ones that have the words against a black oval while the soft ones have just the wording without the black behind it. I ordered the Blongo Ball Complete Game Set which came with the hard balls (with the words against the black) and then ordered the green and blue balls as extra sets. They were all the hard balls. I agree that it's nice to have all the sets the same for a fair game.

Great replacement balls for our Blongo Ball game! We've used it quite a few times and the quality of the balls/string is very good!

AMAZON: You really, REALLY need to indicate which are HARD for outdoor use and which are SOFT for indoor use. It makes a HUGE difference in people making a decision on what to buy and you'd sell more and do less returns if you fixed it, which should be SOOOOOO easy for you to do!!!!!!!!That said, Blongoball is TONS of fun and we really like the game. The Blongo balls are great quality and I am going to get enough to play all three members of our family with indoor and outdoor balls...if I can manage to figure out which ones are which when looking at them here on Amazon.com!!!!

Well, I made an entire blongo ball set from PVC because I didn't want to pay the $70 for one. I got the idea from a ladderball set that my friend had, which was unsturdy and fell apart often. His set had plastic balls with a place to tie the string onto them.So I thought that was what these balls were. But come to find out, they are just painted golf balls with holes drilled in them. Literally. Not molded holes with smooth or chamfered edges... They took a golf ball and drilled a hole right through. Sure it says blongo ball, and if you have a set already, you might want these. But I was disappointed to find out that I could have made a set just like these for a lot less than $10 plus shipping.

I was looking for additional hard style golf balls to go with our blongo ball set. We like the harder ones better than the soft ones. Basically, because we can play the blongo ball game with a larger distance between the posts. Also, the softer balls are too light and tend to rotate off the blongo ball poles. We wanted to play simultaneously with more than just the 2 color balls that came with the set (orange & yellow).
