For the money this worked awesome! just like any professional endoscopes on the market.

Works gerat a really cool tool and extremely handy. The only problem I had was when it came to manuvering around the engine

the product itself is pretty good. the bag it comes with though is pretty cheap and I upgraded to an old binoculars case I found at a flea market. the battery lasts a decent enough time I haven't had it die on my while i was using it and its been small enough i haven't had a spot it couldn't fit into. I've used it working on cars to shoving down pipes and even into a groundhog hole to see if anyone was still living in it. been very versatile and its been waterproof so far as far as the camera itself goes. it doesn't take too long to charge either. now onto the bad, the field of view is pretty small and you have a very short focal plane with this camera. you have to get very up close and personal with the object you are trying to see to get a good view of it. also the camera gets dirty fast and is hard to clean because the metal screw on cover that protects the threads for the attachments like the hook and mirror and stuff has a lip so dirt gets stuck in it pretty bad. also the mirror they ship with isn't a good one or an actual mirror. its made of some sort of plastic that melted with a solvent i used to get engine oil off it so don't do that. all in all okay but the attachments are cheap and they place more importance on the product overall instead of the accessories.

The media could not be loaded.  The reason I gave a five star review is because this scope does what it says it does. There are many scopes on the market available which are capable of doing a lot more like, dual lenses, triple lenses etc with a convenient carrying case. But it costs two or three times more. This scope has very clear 1080p Full HD video, under water capability, 16.5ft camera with adjustable light, simple operation and has small 5.5MM camera and 4.3” screen. This scope can do most of the things you would need a scope for whether you are a home owner, or mechanic or plumber. I give a five star for this endoscope for my reason stated above.

This is a great product, finally allows you to see and reach those areas that you couldn’t before. Air condition mare fan, under the deck behind installed furnace. It saved me time to uninstall the whole unit by identifying the issue. In my case it was a Kid’s toy that was stuck in the fan. I used the hook accessory to pull it out. If I could have another accessory that has a tong like capability, it would be great.The image quality is fantastic. Allows you to see exactly what’s going on and in colors

Bought one thinking it was an upgrade from the "smartphone" type units. Picture quality is "ok". I'd say it's similar to the old 2MP digital camera you have hiding in a box in your basement. Serves the purpose though. The biggest issue I had was the lighting glare that was omnipresent anytime the light was on. Cleaned with lens cloth to ensure it was not just dust. Figured I had a defective model and exchanged for another that had the same issue. Unsure if I will keep at this point.

Bought this because I had a clogged drain line from the washer. Worked exactly as it should have, helped us locate the problem. I also had a questionable power cord I couldn't find the end to, two seconds shoving the camera beside my dishwasher and I had my answer. It does the job it says it does and I am very happy with my purchase. I had a question that wasn't answered in the description and I reached out to the company via email, I received a reply within 2 days which was way faster than I expected. So 5/5 for the product and 5/5 for customer service as well.

Within 30 seconds of taking this out of the box I was able to get a good look at my sink drain. Screen is very clear. Cable is fairly stiff which is a help in most situations. Not having to connect to my phone is a plus. Make sure you keep the box for storage. Very pleased with this endoscope.
