Worth the money
Wow - this stuff works! I have a crepey patch right in the middle of my neck starting to form and it drives me crazy. I tried a bunch of other serums but they did little. This is already making a difference in a week. Pricey but worth it!

Bad Pump - How did it pass inspection if any?
Not sure what is going in with the pump but definitely getting frustrating. The product worked well for me, but the pump and the supposed amount of content is a little deceiving. I had no complaint with my initial purchase but this second one has been so disappointing. I had to return due to a faulty pump and ordered another one but again, 5 days after receiving this, the content in the bottle seems to have finished because the pump is practically pumping air. Not sure if this is another bad pump or the content is finished which will be absolutely ridiculous because it was hardly used within a week. Very disappointed with this purchase.

product great, newer pump container not good at all. prior jar was better, by far. and only 2 pieces of recycle not 3 and only 1 type of recycle not 2 (or is it 3?)

Worth it!!
Ok so I was reluctant to spend so much on this, but my expectations were surpassed! I have been using this for only a week or so morning and evening and I can tell a difference!! My neck is definitely firmer! No weird fragrance. Applies nicely. I decided when I bought this, that I would use it for a year and if it didn’t work, then I would have some laser sculpting stuff done. But this great! I will be keeping this in stock!! Thank you!!

Not much product in the bottle
I received this item a month ago, used it about four times a week, the usual amount of product- two pumps, and the bottle is already empty. I’m pretty angry that I spent so much money on something I thought would last a reasonable timeframe- at least a few months or more. Now the window to return or complain (which I almost never do) is closed. I’ll look for a different product. Didn’t get to use this one long enough to see if I was happy with results.

Good product but it would have been better if its unscented. I checked the price now has gone up to $200 - it’s too expensive
