They are vegan and work, so its a win in my book.
These are GREAT and work for my kids !! My kids sometimes don't get enough of the B vitamins through out the day, so this helps to make sure they get what they need. My kids do general eat healthy and good but just some days they just need a boost, so I only give them 1 a day. My kids say they taste good and I have tried them also, they seem fine.

Tastes good, not too sticky
I like these vitamins. I feel good generally, not sure if that's the vitamins or what. But I have had two different doctors tell me that taking B vitamins is a good idea for general health. I take these and B-100s both. I also take NAD which is related to Vitamin B.
