It works better than the toothpaste I used to use, but the taste is very strong and stays in your mouth for a long time. The other reason for only 4 stars is the cost.

I am now on my second bottle. I originally purchase one bottle to try it. I recently purchase two bottles. At first this can seem very strong. Only start out with a drop or two at a time. I knew I liked this product after two weeks. Saying that, I still went back to toothpaste because of the price. I don't care for the smeary paste taste and feel anymore. I even tried a less expensive version of these drops because of the price. It didn't seem to clean as well of keep my breath fresh. I don't even use mouthwash anymore. I was just at the dentist, been using the drops over a year and flossing daily, and I am finally receiving positive comments on my teeth every time I visit. A plus for me being 43 years old. Again, the liquid is very stroong at first, very minty. It can almost feel like it burns. It's because your gums aren't healthy and used to this product. Start out with a small amount and take your time increasing the amount of drops. Like I said I no longer need mothwash or need to brush vigorously to keep my mouth clean.

I have tried many products to treat my red and bleeding gums. The first time I used it I could feel the difference. In only three days 90 % of redness was gone. The only negative is the taste is not pleasant but improves as you use it.

This is the greatest thing ever, If this had been available back in the 80s I would never have had any gum surgeries, and would still have all my gums. After 3 months my hygenist ? barely did any scaling at all and she wrote down the name ORAmd

I'm only giving this a 3 star at this time because I have only been using it about a month and so far I have not seen any improvement in my gums..

not what I expected had to use fluoride toothpaste and bacterial killing mouthwash along with this

I love this! I have been using this for few months and just saw my dentist. No inflammation at all in gums! He was very surprised!
