My Granddaughter loves the wee jacket, she's only 6 and it's never off her back. Keeps the wind out and it's moderately good in keeping the rain out for small showers; it dries quickly.

Very long sleeves
Returns and refunds were very straight forward. Coat was good quality but very long arms for the size of coat.
