Used It To Make Sushi!
This was perfect for making sushi! I will say though, if you are planning on using it for sushi, it is a lot easier and tastier if you heat it before wrapping.

Value and great tasting!
Love this Nori , love the flavor. I make sushi at least once a week, so I thought I would try this. Nice and crispy, flavorful, good sized sheets, and price is lower than my local grocery store. I will purchase again!

So Easy to Use! Perfect!
These large sheets of seaweed are perfect for cooking. They are perforated for those who want to use them for sushi, but they are equally as great for crumbling into ramen ... or just as a really healthy snack. The kids stole a few of these sheets ... I kind of thought they wouldn't like them because they are used to the roasted and salted kind. Sure enough, they still loved these! I can't argue with that since it's clearly a really healthy choice. So, let's add healthy snacking to the list! Who knew?!Though we used this to crumble over ramen, the great thing is that you can also roll this and it doesn't break apart. So, if you are making sushi, it should be a really great fit.Everything here is super fresh and so easy to use! Perfect!

Broken up & dry
Maybe we got a bum bag but this item was broken up & dry, very brittle. We could not even use it. Praise God the other brand we received was good.

Tasty seaweed from a trusted brand for Asian foods
These seaweed sheets are not ideal for snacking, because they are unflavored. (I suppose if you don’t like salt or seasoning, they might be perfect for you.) They are great for cooking, however. Each large sheet is perforated so that you can easily cut it into strips for sushi or musabi, or tear it into larger pieces of nori to wrap onigiri, or whatever else you may want to do as you prepare meals in the kitchen. Each sheet is crispy and paper thin. I found that they do break pretty easily; I opened the outer package carelessly and tore off the corners of the first five sheets in the pack. But today’s broken nori is tomorrow’s furikake topping sprinkled on rice, so it’s all fine.

Quality nori sheets for sushi
I'm really pleased with the quality of these nori sheets. They are delicious, crisp and fresh. Easy to roll up without tearing or breaking. I used a few sheets to make sushi rolls, and they tasted great. They have the right amount of sodium and a nice seaweed taste. These come packaged in a retail printed foil pouch. There are 9 sheets in it. The pouch is not resealable, so be sure to put the opened pouch in a ziplock bag to keep the sheets crisp and fresh. The seaweed is grown and harvested from South Korea. Overall, these are great nori sheets. I would recommend them.

Flavorful Seaweed Sheets from South Korea
My first attempt at SPAM Musubi was not the best (as you can see from the photo), but the whole family said they were delicious! I didn’t have a Musubi maker, but I thought it looked passable for Musubi. I found that the nori sheets were a little brittle. There are hash marks to cut them. I ended up using a knife and just cut the strips like an Exacto knife. Once the sheets are in contact with moisture from the food, it was much easier to turn and roll it. The nori really complements the rice and the SPAM slice in taste. It is slightly chewy and tastes fresh. One sheet was enough for 8 SPAM Musubi. There are 9 sheets total in the bag- none of them was broken. They were also excellent in Miso tofu broth. It was fun making the sushi and a less expensive alternative to buying them.
