Allstar - All Clear Photo System Replacement I-Beams

I ordered the item on a weekend and received it the following Friday. It was a snap to install, although it did take just a bit of figuring. The reason why is that the older units have four ports, labeled on each unit as "B", "C", "T1" and "T2".Just in case anyone has a similar challenge, I documented the connection solution below:On the older unit's transmitter there was a green wire connected to port "T1" and a red wire connected to port "T2". On the older unit's receiver, there was a red wire connected to port "B", a green wire connected to port "C", a green wire connected to port "T1", and a red wire connected to port "T2".Both the of the new units (transmitter and receiver) had wires hard wired out of the units; each had a white wire with black markings and a white wire.The way I connected the units was as follows:On the transmitter unit, I connected the red wire from the garage to the transmitter's white wire. I then connected the green wire to the transmitter's black wire. On the receiver unit, I took both red wires, joined them together, and connected them to the receiver's white wire. I then joined the two green wires together and connected them to the white wire with black markings.Once the wires were all connected, the two units worked flawlessly.

First, I was pretty sure this was the part I needed. Was getting power in the wires to the sensor, but no lights on the old sensors and the opener wouldn't close the garage door unless the button was held down all the way down. Since these were the same as the originals, it took less than 10 minutes to wire it and get the garage door up and running again (didn't have to mount the brackets - the old ones were the same).My only complaint is that the order took three weeks to get from the west suburbs of Chicago to southwest lower Michigan. The original estimate was a little over a week. Tracking history indicated that it took two weeks to get from the vendor to the shipper. Huh?

Got here quick, was pretty easy to set up, and came with new mounts. Worked absolutely perfectly, and thanks to others who had instructions on hooking the wires up, it made this a breeze to install.

A perfect replacement for my garage door. I took the number of the part off of mine and found these replacements. New brackets included with it if you want to change. I didn't.

Thank you to the person who posted how to connect the old wires to the new sensors. VERY HELPFUL. In the old system the wires are connected inside the sensors. The new system has the wires attached.

Good as any other one u buy at a garage place but may save a few $ on line
