Just what a beginner needs.
I received these straps a few months back and have been using them -- not consistently -- every week. As of now they have held up and feel great on my wrist and fingers. The wrist wraps are 💯 reliable. You may have to adjust them to your liking (Tight/Loose) . Also, as of now I might be able see some problems occuring in the future with wear and tear of the straps IF there is too much rubbing against the bar or too much weight pulling against them. SO FAR, I have been very pleased with this purcha

Good but not ideal
This design of lifting strap is flawed. This particular product is as good as it can be. It is very comfortable, and it will help you lift more weight, but the slipknot/lasso design is inferior to Figure of Eight or similar non Cinching design. The Cinching or Tightening action of the lasso is NOT ideal for the human wrist, especially under progressively heavy loads.

Excellent product!
An excellent pair of lifting straps! My grips a bit week on my deadlifts when it comes to heavier weights so these definitely help me grip the bar for those PR weights!
