I purchased this product as I was advertised as being able to share, download move delete files with android compatibility with an android app. To be able to do All this you need a PC as android phones only have limited compatibility and the vixen cam app is atrocious. Also the description showed the glasses to be transitioning lens which I don't believe is the case but I returned them without testing this function.

At first I had some trouble using the camera glasses. Recording video was fine but I couldn't get the WiFi working for streaming. I contacted ohoSunshine support and they were brilliant. After some email exchange it was clear I was not doing the right steps. Their support went so far as to record a custom video for me which showed more clearly than words could do, how to enable WiFi. I am now a very happy customer and greatly appreciate the support I received, well done Irene from ohoSunshine.

It gets hot.

Hi, I don’t know why you selling SD cars with these glasses when there’s no place to insert the SD card. Nothing shows in the instructions where to insert as card.

Compared to other low end camera glasses, this one is easy to use, and the video quality is good outside during the day. I like the fact that it has an indicator light that constantly blinks on to let you know it's on and recording. Unfortunately, the video quality sucks at night and indoors. The other downside is there is no sound and the app is just useless. You cannot do the things the app is advertised to do. These glasses should be in the 50 to 80 dollar price range, not $170. There are other camera glasses that are much cheaper and can record sound. The picture quality of these may be a little better than the cheaper camera glasses, but at least the cheaper ones can record sound.

Quality for not good at all it was all pixelated

The glasses are a good quality. It is hard to connect to Wi FI it takes about 4 attempts before a connection is made. The single button control works okay. Now here is the real FAIL the APP Vizen Cam. The APP does work in a limited fashion you can capture video and pictures using the APP on phone. The picture and video quality is very good, but it has steps to take a good resolution photo.If you take a picture while recording video the resolution will be 1920x1080 LOW when you stop the recording first the glasses will then allow you to take the full 12M picture higher resolution. You can watch videos and pictures in the APP. This is the real failure you can download the pictures / videos to phone ,but you cant access the picture or video outside the APP. The pictures cannot be moved out of the APP once downloaded to phone they are stuck in the APP. I have tried everything to get access , but I could not get the pictures out of the APP. The only thing you can do is connect the glasses to the PC to get the media out from glasses directly. Why does Vizen APP not allow the Android system to access media ? I purchased these glasses for work and need the pictures accessible by my phone so I can upload them. The APP makes this impossible funny they advertise the wifi access as convenient when there is no PC, but the APP is the problem it will not allow pictures to be transferred out of the APP folder. I found that using a USB C to USB C adapter I can connect glasses to phone its an added step, but it will work. Customer support does not respond to emails.
