Have been using the pills for months now, can tell a bit of a difference but don't know if that is placebo effect or not.. the pills are hard to swallow in my case. I've tied many methods but it feels like they are always stuck in my throat. Maybe it wouldn't feel that way if didn't have to take 4 as a dosage.

I've ordered a lot of supplements in my life and usually they end up just getting discarded but shocked at the effectiveness of this . I hurt my knee about 4 months ago at the gym and had trouble standing up without a lot of pain . It also hurt whenever I'd take a walk and I'd have to use my hands to lift my left leg back into the car . Within two days my pain was down 75% and after 2 weeks it's down 95% .
