I love trying new products so when I saw this, I jumped at the chance to test it out. I must admit, I was just as confused as everyone else on when to properly use. When I saw "after cleansing and before treatment" I thought maybe this was intended for use for people who microneedle. Did a little more research and see that it is actually meaning to apply prior to any other serums/skin care products. A lot of people question if this should be used before/after/or as a toner. My best guess is: Use after Toner (since it clarifies any left over residue from cleaning) and before any other serums/lotions/make-up.It does seem to keep my skin feeling moisturized throughout the day, however the $32 price-point seems a bit exorbitant.

Great quality, nice texture

I'm confused as to why so many people are confused as to what this product is. It states clearly in the description that this product is comparable to a toner. Its not an extra step in your skincare routine. It replaces your toner.It states "use this product AM/PM after cleansing face but before other treatments (like your regular serums and moisturizers)".This product replaces your toner, it claims it does what a toner does plus much more. But obviously that claim has to be evaluated by you. Then it's up to the customer as to if you want to toss your toner and replace with this product!!

A very good facial essence that both tones the skin and provides you with some moisturization. Goes on easily and absorbs well. Seems to be clean and does not cause me any sort of clogging or irritations at all. Lightweight, yet also does leave a healthy layer of conditioning treatment along the skin. A good one to choose if you have days when all you want on your skin is a moisturizing toner or essence. Especially for those sticky hot and humid days. This is very good on my mature combination skin.Works great with other skincare products and is easy to wear under makeup. Excellent for all skin types but I would especially recommend this for those with normal to dry skin. Just as good for men as it is for women.

Two days of patch tests with no adverse effects.I’ve been using this for 10 days. I’m honestly not sure what the essence part means. Call me kooky, but the fact that it stated it could break down discolored keratin sold me. I have two dark spots, but nothing has helped to make them fade away.So, I’ve been using this twice a day. It absorbs quickly, but I’m still not 100% sure when to use it. After washing, toning, and before any other serums or treatments is my best guess. It feels good and it’s definitely light enough for summer use. It’ll take more time for me to judge if it does indeed help other products to be absorbed better(or lighten those dark spots). It’s a 4 ounce container and doesn’t require much to cover my face. I expect it to last through summer and if I see any improvements, I’ll update this review.

Product smells horrible for something you put on your face, smells spoiled. :-/
