The 10g protein is awesome. It tastes amazing (yummy cocoa taste) and has just the right amount of sweetness. Though it's really just a convenient packet of cereal to take with you on the go.Just like with any granola cereal, there are large chunks and small bits (with most being small). Too small to grab and eat with your fingers.Tearing it open and dumping in your mouth is a bit messy cause it doesn't tear open neatly. I recommend cutting with scissors instead. Either tilt the package to consume or have it as cereal.I found approximately 8 pumpkin seeds and 6 almonds per package, which was just right for me. Great flavor, I'll definitely buy it again!
