Toxic: The World's Deadliest Creatures

This was a great purchase for holiday gifts for my relatives and friends children.

My son received this book as a gift. It is a wonderful book. Although my son is 11, he is intimated by reading chapter books. He really enjoys reading this book independently because the paragraphs are spaced out nicely amongst the beautiful illustrations, so it is not as intimidating to him. He really enjoys non-fiction books too, so this book was a win-win. He has learned a lot about poisonous and toxic animals thanks to this book.

I purchased this book for my two kids, who love bugs (spiders especially). I usually like this publisher. It’s really well-conceived, designed and written with kids in mind. It’s fun to read while also smart and quite detailed. A good way to learn about scary bugs and wild animals without getting bored, and to foster a kid’s interest in science.Happy to recommend this book!
