Just made my first batch today. The cannales came out of the molds so easily! A gréât alternative to copper.

These worked well. My caneles turned out great, no sticking, no beeswax used just butter. Consistent results over multiple bakes, no hot spots. Very happy with them.

I’ve made both standard recipe caneles and a keto version and the molds worked perfectly, producing the right browning and custarding and easily releasing contents. I liked them enough that I bought a second set so now I don’t have to rotate them to finish out the batter. They are sturdy, too. I don’t think they can be easily dented. Love ‘em.

I wanted a good product for making canele. They have to be good and heavy and retain heat to perfect the baking. These worked as well as the copper moulds I used to have professionally. The caneles came out beautifully caramelised and they did not stick. They were exactly the right size too. I love them and will treasure them as any good cooking tool should be loved. Excellent product and very good price.

Ich habe mich für Formen aus Stahl entschieden, da diese laut früheren Rezensionen kaum oder gar nicht eingefettet werden müssen. Ich habe 12 Formen bestellt und es beim 1. Backen ausprobiert. Ich habe 6 Formen mit Butter eingefettet und die übrigen 6 Formen gar nicht eingefettet. Mein Ergebnis: kein Unterschied. Alle 12 Canelés ließen sich hervorragend lösen. Die Formen stehen sicher im Backofen, sowohl auf einem Backblech als auch auf einem Gitterrost. Sie sind leer ineinenander stapelbar und benötigen im Schrank kaum Platz. Bei meiner Familie kamen die Canelés leider nur maßig an, was aber mit Sicherheit nicht an diesen tollen Backformen lag.
