Great seller, items as described. If you are a second year law student this book is for you. The book IRACs and simplifies rules and there elements in an easy to understand manner. The outline included is extremely valuable and great for memorizing elements. A must to have.

Great, buy this book

Most of these casenote briefs suck, they don't seem to really match up with what the book is trying to convey. Of all the ones I've had during my law school career, this is by far the best. Gets the point that the book is trying to make on the rules across clearly and succinctly while also providing enough for context.
