Love this necklace! It's really nice and stainless steel heart. I wear it daily. Ball chain is perfect length and I added another charm to it as well.

This was very disappointing. I didn't expect much for the price, but even my low expectations were not met. The open heart was not on necklace. Wording was a very light etching on the heart, barely visable and sure to tarnish after possibly 1 wear. I was embaressed to give this to my friend after the passing of her father.

Disappointed I thought the engraving would be deeper and more noticeable. It's pretty and simple just was expecting more

The chain is horrible and cheap, the engraving is okay, the pieces holding the heart and wings on is very cheap, don't waste your money. I bought this for a friend who lost her brother, you should be ashamed of yourself selling this as a keepsake.
