I’ve been taking these for years and they’ve been great. Unfortunately price is starting to outweigh the benefits so I’ve had to make a switch recently.These aren’t a super strong multi, they just get your body what you need which is great if you’re already a high-energy individual. If you’re looking for a pick me up multi, you’ll want to look at other options
