This is a great tool. Wish I had found one 50 years ago. Of all the hand tools I have used to make bread, this is way ahead of the others.All the comparable ones on Amazon looked so similar that I just got the best deal of the lot. Works great, especially for small batches that don’t justify my 5 qt. stand mixer.Some other option; show a space between the colinear wires on the small circle; couldn't tell for sure on the photo of this one. The ones I received had the wires on the small circle touching, which made cleaning a challenge. That cost it a star. I used a screwdriver to gently spread them to get about a 2mm space between the wires. Does not affect functionality, but makes cleaning much easier.My greatest concern is that metal tools driven into a wood handle tend eventually to get loose as washing and seasonal changes in humidity affect the wood to metal connection. I hope this one lasts, but, if not, some epoxy will probably restore it to full functionality. And, I have two.Update, Nov 16, 2018. Still going strong, and still concerned about water entering cavity around wires pressed into handle; there is ample space for both liquids and solids to get stuck, and essentially impossible to remove. Even so, both mine seem clean, and still using. However, as a gift, I have always sent a stainless steel version with a sealed juncture between handle and whisk. Were I to need a replacement, I would get metal rather than wood.
