Love this pillow!
Everything is exactly as described except for the size. I ordered it in a queen size, the packaging says queen but it is about 4 inches too long to fit into a queen size pillow case. Not a problem though, just put it in a king size and works perfect.

Firm and comfortable, but NOT cooling... at all
First off, let me just say that I LOVE this pillow for how firm it is. It softens up a little over the first few days, but it is definitely firm & supportive. If I was simply rating this for firmness, it would have been a solid 4.5 star rating.However... it is SO warm. It heats up and is not cooling at all. I run hot & got this pillow because it said it was cooling, but I'm constantly moving my head around when trying to fall asleep just to find a cooler spot on the pillow.I love the firmness & support, but I won't be buying another one of these pillows.

Customer service
Item was very hard but customer service is top notch . They are going above and beyond to listen to our problems and trying so hard to fix it . I ll definitely recommend this to my friends . But they should be an option to choose hard or soft pillows

Pillow is great smells when you first open it. So I took the cover off and let it air out first. You melt in to it
