I was looking for a way to mount my required front plate without drilling.This fit my Hooke front bumper. Replacing one of the D rings.Straight to the point design. Price knocks it down some.

I needed something along these lines for a non-Jeep and figured there were enough parts in the kit to get me where I needed to go. In the end, I abandoned all the ancillary hardware and just used the base. I installed PEM nuts into my panel, then used a triad of the many mounting holes to get it attached to the vehicle. I added thin rubber grommets to give a little anti-rattle to the install, and now I'm just waiting on my plates to arrive.Some design tips for the manufacturer-- make the "horseshoe bracket" one piece. In an early iteration of my plan I was going to use that bracket as a standoff, I couldn't get the nuts tight enough for the two pieces (of the horseshoe) to hold fast. Since you're including the ring spacer, I'm not sure why you need those parts to be width adjustable (unless you were planning for more people like me in non-standard installs). Also, make that horseshoe piece shorter. It sticks a good 2" off the vehicle once the main plate holder is mounted. Nice and tight on the body looks best and is safer from pedestrians getting hooked or cut by the license plate sticking out into space. /2 cents

If you have a modified truck or Jeep and live in a state that requires you to have a front plate this is a very good solution for you! This will fit in a normal shackle mount on most aftermarket bumpers. It has a little center rubber piece that with the mounting but if the mount is narrower than that piece you need to cut it down or ditch it like I did. The mounts on the backside are adjustable to a point, so it will accommodate a wider or narrower shackle mount, though most are roughly uniform in size. I've had it on my Jeep for a few weeks now and it hasn't moved at all, so I highly recommend it.

Perfect for mounting a license plate to an off-road bumper for those that don’t want to drill into the bumper or put a flip-up mount over their winch. Currently installed on a Victory4x4 blitz bumper, 3rd gen Tacoma

Quality product. Easy to install

Works as advertised. My only issue is that the license plate is wider then the mount. When I go through the car wash it bends my license plate.
