Self awareness meets empowerment meets adult coloring meets your inner child. This book is full of very cool activities of silliness and self discovery, with seriousness snuck in there too. It’s hard to describe: there are lists to make, things to write and draw, things to color and cut out, all drawn in Marzi’s right-to-the-point style. It’s aimed at introverts, but anyone who ever turns their thoughts inward should find this book great fun, and enlightening too.

I’m really enjoying this book so far. It’s both fun and interesting. While I’m technically someone that fits somewhere between introvert and extrovert as I do have times when I fit the other side, my introvert side is usually the side I fit closest to so I saw this book and knew I had to get it for myself. There are a lot of unique activities and even if not everything is always relevant to me, such as some of the questions in the self care quiz, this has been an interesting way of making a personalized book about myself. I’m mostly using it as way of making a journal about myself and getting to know myself better.

Great book for introverts! I already journal so this is another useful tool. I find myself adding little notes to some activities of real experiences. Such a good outlet for those of us who are so often misunderstood, even by those closest to us. Like seriously, I'm ok with missing the thing with all the people (JOMO). Still struggle sometimes but nothing like a weekend mostly at home to regain my energy. And now this book of course.

A fun little book, there are all kinds of things to do. I know introverts (myself included) are content with being solo a lot of the time, but they are also known to hang out with another person or two (on their own schedule, of course). So with that being said, I would like to see a few more activities that are geared or else appropriate for two people, as I am wanting to do this with a(n introverted) friend. But I can make do with the fill-in story, word search, etc.

A way to celebrate being an introvert. Seriously I wish I had Marzi's book and activity book 20+ years ago and I wouldn't have tried to force myself to be more extroverted. Every activity is fun and reaffirms that it is ok and kinda cool to be an introvert.

We received our copy today after pre-ordering. I knew my daughter had just the personality to enjoy this book. It's fun and quirky and full of neat things to do for the creative kid/teen/person in your life.

I bought the "Introvert Doodles" by Maureen "Marzi" Wilson a few months back and love every page, so when I saw that this one was going to be released, I made sure I pre-ordered my copy. I love it! I'm an elementary school teacher and after being "front and center stage" all day long, all I want to do is chill --- at home --- with no one bothering me! Or take five minutes after the kids get on the bus and do one of the activities in this book!

This is the most adorable and accurate book for introverts! The activities are creative, fun, and perfect for those of us who enjoy crafty projects. There are things that make you think, things that make you laugh, and tons of ways to show off our individual creativity. Highly recommended!

It says on the item description perfect for introverts at any age. Not true. I bought this for my 31 year old husband, and I was so embarrassed to give it to him, I’ve returned it. Definitely doesn’t seem geared towards males, more girls in their early teens and that’s pushing it a bit.

Contains activities, self care, pages and pages of distractions & thoughtful parts too, Would highly recommend! The cartoon style & humour is perfect for the subject. Was bought for a 19 year old but would be suitable for a younger teen or a much older person. I liked this so much I shall be ordering my own copy!

Good variety of activities in this book. Most are simply entertaining and fun but a few are thought provoking. There are one or two activities that involve sharing your work with others (only by choice and anonymously of course!). I'm having so much fun I bought a new pack of markers to throw in my bag along with the book. It's nice to have the option to break them out vs staring into my phone.

Loved it. Really fun-a way to hang out with your introvert self.
