Unique design is super easy to use and effective
This adjustable neck brace / neck traction device is a godsend! I was having lots of neck "popping" after a little accident involving a mountain bike. After a month or so, I decided to buy one from Amazon and give it a try. The one I bought had the accessory battery powered air pump and a matching air bladder which is built-in to the Neck Brace. Follow the video instruction so that the first use is easy. After that, you can put on or take off this amazing brace with no problem (I am a male senior-senior citizen). This device works to press against the shoulders to lift the chin and rearmost part of your skull. This gentle lifting of your jaw and head away from your shoulders puts your neck into "tension", thus gently and very slightly separating the cervical vertebrae thus reducing pressure on the discs in between. The aforementioned precision air pump has a clever 'quick-connect' hose that allows air to be pumped slowly into the air bladder in the rearmost portion of the neck brace. As the air bladder fills, the brace seems to gradually tighten around the back of the neck and gently lifts the back of the skull away from your shoulders. The Adam's apple portion of the front of the neck is never touched by this brace, ensuring that the User can always breathe and speak freely, even with tension being applied to the cervical vertebrae. After using this brace for 10 minutes while lying in bed, done twice a day, for 10 days - my neck popping and twinges of pain with movement totally disappeared. Now, months later, my neck is fully functional and never an issue. "Your mileage may vary". PS: I now take yoga at the Y which is a total life enhancer - I feel 25 years younger. But this neck brace is the real deal.

Highly Recommended for Neck Pain Relief!
I purchased this Cervical Neck Traction Device for my father, who had been struggling with persistent neck pain for months. After just a few weeks of using this device regularly, he began to feel noticeable relief! It's incredibly well-made, comfortable, and easy to use, which made it simple for him to incorporate into his daily routine. The electric air pump and three levels of traction power, along with the built-in airbags, really provide a customized stretch that helps decompress the neck and relieve tension effectively. My dad says it feels relaxing and supportive, definitely a huge improvement from anything else he tried before. If you're dealing with chronic neck discomfort or stiffness, I highly recommend this neck traction device. It’s been a game-changer for my father and has really improved his quality of life!

Divine creation, only tiny hiccup.
This device performs better than any previous traction machine I've used, including hanging traction machines and laying traction machines. It's comfortable, functional, and allows me to do my traction therapy while sitting in a chair, watching TV, or even lying on my bed. It's the best physical therapy device I've used to date. The only issue I have with it is the breast and shoulder plate. It's not "one size fits all" comfortably. Depending on your body type and size, you'll have a better or worse experience with it. Aside from that, it's a fantastic product.

Terrible.
Chokes you. Does not decompress. Not for someone with a smaller neck. Make sure you have somone with you when you try it. You could very easily get stuck and cut off blood flow causing you to pass out.

It’s not a quick fix—consistent, long-term use is what really delivers the results.
I started using this cervical traction device in January to relieve persistent neck pain and decompress my spine, and it’s made a noticeable difference. The small pump inflates only the rear support bladder—so there’s nothing constricting at your throat—and two side levers let you lock in one of six tension settings. I stick to levels one or two at first for a gentle stretch, then bump it up as things loosen. After a couple of months of using it, my sharp spine pain all but disappeared. My shoulders sit more naturally, and I no longer get that pinched-nerve twinge when I turn my head. I try to wear it as often as I can to maximize the benefit it offers. I also use a back roller and an exercise ball to stretch my back and neck. Overall, I am pleased with this product and I would recommend it.If you spend hours at a desk or wake up with a stiff neck, this device is a straightforward way to decompress. It’s easy to adjust, stays out of the way, and really works to ease tension. I’m glad I invested in it and plan to keep using it long term.

Outstanding quality, but simply doesn't provide enough traction.
I don't think my neck is unusually long, but whatever my physiology this device can't apply enough pressure. I'd love to return it, but I've just missed the deadline. (Now I have an expensive medical device paperweight.) Your milage may vary, so I encourage you to try it out. That said, don't be surprised if you don't get enough pull. Otherwise, the quality is great—well built, solid, good inflation device, and so on.

One size does not fit all
My husband likes it and he says it makes his neck feel better, I have a smaller head and it doesn’t work for me. It pushes my chin up and I can’t open my mouth and the back neck is bent, it doesn’t work for me at all.
