Famous British Columbia Salmon Rub (4 Pack)

I had purchased this spice bag when visiting Canada- needless to say I couldn’t find in the markets near me. The distributor was quick and the shipping process was perfect. The product was fresh and I will be ordering again.

I use it for cedar planked salmon filets. Simple but good.

I wish I had pictures of how I used to buy the salmon rub. It was sold at a supermarket in Portland where we used to live. Whenever we would go visit I would clear the shelf. I give it as gifts. And always put it on my salmon. The market stopped carrying it in the last time we visited the new product they purchased for their store was horrible. I finally found this online and I'm so happy great product. Love love love

We have not found anything that compares. Even the bottled version from same company won't infuse such tasty spices. We love it because it crusts up so nicely and keeps the salmon soo juicy. I'm sure my husband's BBQ skills have something to do with it though. My one complaint is that we probably use a little too much so one package will only coat about 6 large-ish pieces. And at the hefty price, we wish we could find it on sale! Well worth the price if you want to impress some dinner guests.
