It doesn't stay on your neck and slides off after a few seconds.

Keeps you streight
OK so firstly this does not massage your kneck. It fits around your kneck and eventide you loose your posture it vibrates to remind you. I have a 13 year old with extremely bad posture so I made her wear this. It vibrates constantly to tell her to straighten. On me it barely buzzes. . I'd say above advice should be corrected to explain this

It’s weird and annoying
Because you can’t feel it doing anything you don’t if it’s working. (The weird thing)I also found every time I bent over to pick something up the little buzzer went of, (the annoying thing)

This is purely a posture tool which will vibrate if you slouch and not sit/stand with good posture. Nothing to do with lymphatic soothing at all! I guess I'll have better posture now
