There really small I thought they were going to be about 4 inches big there about an inch big.

So many pieces and they are quite colorful. I honestly haven't seen this type of building set, so it is pretty unique and new to me. I was going to have my toddlers play with these, but the pieces are so small for their ages at 3 years old and 4 years old. I am a very paranoid person. If I let them play with this, maybe soon, I would definitely watch them to make sure they don't put it in their mouth. The pieces are made with quality and durable. Smooth edges and easy to snap together sideways. My older elementary kids like playing with these and sky is the limit on the shapes and forms they can come up with and build. Easy to take apart and store, it came with it's own storage box. Portable, light and easy to carry around.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a pretty nice building set. I have used sets like these in my elementary classroom and was looking for some more pieces to add to my existing sets. Overall, this is a very good set of building pieces. They are a star shape piece that fit together sideways and build outwards. Other sets I have used can be difficult to attach the pieces together, however, I was pleased to find that these pieces are very easy to snap together. I would definitely say that this set would be perfect for kindergarten and up to build with. I wish there where some nice step by step instructions with some projects to build, but there is a color sheet of project examples. Overall, this is a pretty good set. I like that it makes kids think differently about building and how pieces can fit together. There are plenty of colors and the pieces fit easily together and hold firm. The container it comes in is pretty flimsy, you may want to buy a better container to hold the pieces. If you are looking for a nice building set, I would recommend this one to try.
