Headline says it all

This kit was easy to use and the results came back quickly. Unfortunately the kit showed the result of mid 30's. My actual blood taken by NHS showed 14 higher. This kit is a complete sham. Avoid.

This is a great product for checking long term diabetes HbA1c levels. It is very easy to use with simple and clear instructions. You get the result very quickly, I sent mine off at 6pm on Monday and I had the result by Wednesday lunchtime. Great value for money and if you need to contact them they are helpful and easy to talk to.

Tried one of these tests on a precautionary basis simply because I'm in my 70's and it is reassuring to keep tabs on some of these functions. Test delivered promptly and instructions were straightforward. Very rapid service from the lab; took the test Wednesday morning, returned it by post Wednesday afternoon and results were ready midafternoon on Thursday, so very impressive all round.

Test arrived as promised and was recorded as received at the lab the next day. But 5 days in I no results. I have chased by email (no response). Finally found a phone number and called. Very helpful lady checked and assured me results would be with me by 6pm. Still waiting ………. If I ever receive a result. I don’t think I would trust it so money wasted. Will go back to my previous provider. Only moves as these tests are cheaper. Now I know why!

I've been worried about my hbac1 levels for a while so ordered a home test, it's been an amazing process, I worried if I did it correctly and rang the company the lady on the phone was so helpful and friendly. When I got my results I was anxious and she assured me all way well. The process from start to finish has been amazing and I'll be using London health company regularly now! I used this to check on my HbA1C levels between my check up from my doctor. I received the kit quickly, the instructions were easy to follow. I took my blood on Monday morning to get the sample in the post for 9am and I received my results on Tuesday afternoon. The service from this company has been very good.

Just ended up with blood all over my fingers, none in the vial. Not at all easy to collect the blood.
