Gave this 4 stars only because if you put the powder in first the shake it, it won’t mix well. For best results you must and your liquid first then powder. But outside of that awesome shaker cup and gives me the force on the daily basis.

Giving as a gift and looks great! The only "protection" it had was a plastic bag that it had came out of buy the time of arrival. Also the was some dirt on and under the flip cap. I hope the decal doesn't fade when she washes it.
