4/5 star because it is a good source of natural magnesiumyes indeed too expensive! 1kg cost about 9 euros in France.but magnesium chloride cost nothing and is sold every expensive, it's the same thing with Big Pharma!anyway Celnat are really good regarding their quality of nigari, it's made in Japan because over there it is a natural mean of making tofu.it's sea water filtrated and evaporated, only the nigari salt is left, about 80% magnesium chloride, the rest of different other salts.it is much better than the industrial chemical magnesium chloride the big pharma sells. as this one apparently has no risk of long term damage of the kidneys. Magnesium chloride is used in the alternative world to cure many disease like Malaria, Chikunguya, Dengue, Ebola, Tourista, Flu, any virus attack basically. In France, l'association l'homme et l'argile talks about that amongst other things, they also recommend to french books la solution magnesium by Marianne Mousain-Bosc et Genocide Alimentaire Causes et solution by Yvan Erbs. I recommend in english the Magnesium factor. Those books explain how magnesium and vit B6 supplementation can cure ADHD, Autism, Parkinson, Alzheimer, Chronique Fatigue, Depression, Tetany, Spasmophilia, etc....

je me suis fais avoir sur le poids (100g) alors que pour 1kilo au même prix j’ai exactement la même marque, je n’ai pas eu le droit de retourner l’article donc prudence lors de votre achat, quant au sel de nigari bien sûr excellente qualité

Bien pour les crampe mais attention
Ce sel est bien pour ne plus avoir de crampe, mais il faut faire attention car ça peu donner la diarrhée et son goût n'est pas du tout agréable à boire.
