These do exactly as advertised! If you are a side sleeper who buried your face in your pillow, put these on about 10 mins before laying down and you are golden! The adhesive definitely takes a little time to stick, but once on, this bad boy isn't going anywhere. Pretty satisfying to peel off on the morning as well.

I use then to prevent stuffiness with sinus at night. Just as good as breathe right brand. Actually more for the cheaper price. Easy to use. Should fit anyone’s bridge perfectly. Just be mindful of excellent adhesive. Take your time removing. It’s a two and one for me….breathing better and black head removal!!

The strips work well, but getting them off the nose in the morning is a very painful process. I have to put a lot of cream around the ends just to start the peel, and the adhesion is so tight that there is a danger in damaging the nose skin. I wonder if the company could work with this problem.

I have been using similar products as these for years. My method for good adhesion is to wipe my skin with an alcohol wipe. Usually I have to pull them off in the morning. These things release on their own halfway through the night or sooner. Don’t waste your money.

These mimic the name-brand versions very well. One thing to know…the adhesive is very strong and actually removed some skin from my nose. Have given my nose a break for awhile to see if I can figure out how to make them less difficult to remove.

Would rate a 4.5 but rounding up to a 5. Been using for the past month and it basically cured my dry mouth issues. I used to wake up in the middle of the night with such bad dry mouth, not even biotine was helping. I was drinking plenty of water, using the special mouthwash every night, but nothing helped. It was driving me crazy. I figured I’d give these a try because they're cheap. Immediately noticed a difference. I even tried sleeping without it recently to make sure thats what was making the difference, and I was right back to waking up with dry mouth. They feel a little funny at first, but I got used to it after a few days. Literally cant sleep without it now!Only “complaint” would be every so often I get a dud that doesn’t stick, but I’ll open the next one and its fine. Theyre cheap enough that I dont mind.Also important to note: I followed directions to wash/dry your nose right before using. DONT DO THAT. Taking it off in the morning was a nightmare and I literally got bruises on the bridge of my nose no matter how gentle I was the first few days. Wash your face earlier in the night or just avoid the nose. I find the natural oils act like a barrier - the strip sticks just enough to open my airway, but not too much so that it nearly rips my skin off in the morning.

I decided to buy these because you get more for your money than the Breath right strips. These work just as good. I do believe they have helped me sleep better at night!

These are excellent- once they're on, they're on, they have plenty of "spring", and they're comfortable. Make sure your face is clean prior to application, as makeup/oil will cause them not to stick. These will be going into my Essentials list.
