Zwiesel Glas Pure German Crystal Glassware Collection, 2 Count (Pack of 1), Dancing Party Tumblers Cocktail Glass

Originally wanted the non party version (i.e. Pure Whiskey glass) with the flat surface..After getting this dancing tumbler, I am glad that I chose this over the flat base version. They both have the same elegant PURE series shape but this party dancing tumbler has the round base and it does spill easily as long as you don't fully fill it.You can spin it, tilt it and the drink still stay in place. Very fun to use.It is made of the same sturdy Tritan material that can withstand impacts (within certain limit of course). And it's dish washer safe.Highly recommended.

These were EXACTLY the ones I was looking for. First came across these at a local bar and had to find them. Why are these different than the others? The interior is a normal glass. The bottom of the glass is rounded BUT it is also solid glass at the bottom. Allowing the glasses to be weighted and "rolling." Feels very durable and not going to break as soon as you stick your hand inside to dry it. I only wish I had purchased more at the sale price. This is going to be my go-to Christmas gift. It's perfect for the people that already have everything and anticipate it will be the gift most stolen. It is really tough to find something useful for someone that's $20 and not a gift card--am I right? It won't disappoint. Had to order for me at the same time (as well as a gift).

Beautiful and fun. I enjoy these because they're very well balanced, but also have interesting movement to them, and consistently wobble.Watch when people enjoy a glass of liquor or a cocktail. There's usually a bit of handling they do of the glass. They'll move it, turn it, hold it, and appreciate it. This glass is more responsive than most.

The glasses were exactly as advertised. They arrived well protected.

We have a lot of Schott Zwiesel wine glasses and have found them to withstand being knocked over on a granite counter! They look beautiful and have a number of shapes and sizes from which to choose - each intended for a particular use or grape/wine. The 'party dancing' tumbler is a fun conversation piece. I'd imagine it would work well on a boat or on tables w/uneven surfaces and possibly with kids! The bottom is slightly rounded but the tumbler stays upright and only gently rocks on the table/counter surface when 'coaxed' or if the surface is uneven. The glass is generously sized and has a nice feel in your hand - feels substantial and not cheap. A single ice ball (for whisky) fits well - the top of the glass has a wide opening. I chose this style verses another vendor's because this glass will stay upright on a smooth surface - some are made so that the glass is always tilted.

Fun wobbly wine goblets. These are fun to drink from, and quite frankly, to play with! The wine never spills, and tip it as deeply as you dare, the curved, weighted bottom ensures it settles upright.

The media could not be loaded.  Einen guten Whisky oder auch einen edlen Rum aus diesen Gläsern zu genießen, macht wirklich Spaß.Die Dancing Tumbler erschienen mir eigentlich zuerst wie ein Partygag. Durch die kugelige Bodenform tanzt das Glas nach einer Drehung oder Berührung munter auf dem Tisch umher und im Farbenspiel mit dem Inhalt gibt das immer wieder tolle Effekte.Aber die Gläser sind auch absolut alltagstauglich, so dass ich Rum und Whisky inzwischen hauptsächlich aus den Schott Zwiesel Dancing Tumblern genieße. Sie liegen toll in der Hand und man kann beim Schwenken des Whiskys fast schon meditativ werden (siehe Video).Auch Freunde sind immer wieder begeistert und bestaunen die tanzenden Gläser.Zur Haltbarkeit muss man sagen, dass die Gläser sehr dünn sind, was ich wirklich schätze, denn es gibt eine tolle Haptik. Aber natürlich geht auch manchmal eines zu Bruch, beim spülen zum Beispiel. Hab deshalb auch schon das dritte Paket bestellt. Ansonsten sehen die Gläser auch nach Jahren noch aus wie am ersten Tag!Ich kann die Dancing Tumbler von Schott uneingeschränkt empfehlen!Wenn dir diese Rezension gefallen hat, freue ich mich über ein Like. :)

Wie der Titel schon sagt, ein sehr schönes Glas das zum beiläufigem Spielen einlädt. Sei es beim Mails lesen, oder in einer Unterhaltung.Solange man es nicht zu voll macht bleibt auch alles im Glas. Es ist angenehm dünnwandig und wirkt allg sehr gut verarbeitet.Der Preis ist weit weg von günstig, vor allem als Partytrick dennoch sehr zu empfehlen.Ich würde nur nicht ausschließlich auf Tumbler umsteigen. Sie sind aber eine exzellente Ergänzung.

Das Glas hat ziemlich viele Vorteile: - es kann für unterschiedlichste Getränke verwendet werden - es kann bis ~0.3L vernünftig gefüllt werden und sieht bei geringere Füllung nicht leer aus - es bliebt ordentlich stabil stehen beim füllen - steht gerade - liegt gut in der Hand - hat etwas spielerisches (dreht gut auf der Stelle aka Kreisel) - lässt sich gut reinigen (händisch; Spülmaschine-Eignung nicht getestet)Die Kehrseite: - Mit einer Füllung von 0.3L liegt es jedoch recht schwer in der Hand, wegen des dickeren Bodens - Nicht ganz günstigWegen der Vorteile und der schöne Form ist es ziemlich schnell mein Lieblingsglas geworden und ich nutze es mittlerweile fast täglich.
