It was very good for the price but now after 7 months of normal use the seat back will not hold your back anymore. The seat is broken that holds the back, somehow the plate maybe deformed or the cushion under the seat came loose from the plate, I don't know. I sent a message to the seller see what they can do. I will update.Update:I made contact with the seller through email, they are willing to replace the cushion for $15 shipping, It's good they tried. Problem is the communication. I'm not sure where they are located and I'm trying to ask some questions, shipping etc. I don't get a reply until another follow up email, and I only get an answer one question per email which is frustrating. I decided just not to bother fixing it and bought a new one locally, cause I have a feeling these stools will not last for everyday use. If you use it everyday, spend more. Good luck!

I absolutely hate the standard fare stools with 4 legs and supports that creak after a week. These caught my eye with design and style. The entire stool is quite stable, the base has great weight to it and foot rest is solid. The seats themselves are pretty sturdy and comfortable to boot. Seams are clean and strong, in general very well made. After a year of heavy, hard use, one of my stools is squeaking pretty severely though it retains its overall structural integrity it seems the bearing is going out. I love these stools, I wish the bad one lasted more than a year but it's served us well.

I ordered two sets of stools and received them in 4 days. So easy to put together, 4 screws!!!! They are so easy to put together I didn’t bother to throughly read the entire instruction guide. It clearly shows to remove the plastic cover on the hydraulic shaft, and I did not remove it. It does not function correctly if you don’t remove it. The plastic cover got stuck and I was stuck trying to get it out. I emailed the company and within 24 hours I had the solution, including an illustration. Talk about great customer service!!! The stools are comfortable and look nice at our kitchen island. Well worth the cost!!!! Be sure to remove the plastic cover from the hydraulic!!!!!!!!

I purchased the “Leopard Outdoor Deluxe Pitstop adjustable bar stools,set of 2, Brown“. Both stools arrive in one box. All hardware, including allen wrench were included. Took 10 minutes tops to assemble both stools. They are decent quality and look great. I’m 6’6” and 260lbs with a 44” waist...I can sit on these no problem even though they are rated for 250lbs. Pretty comfortable and don’t get sore from sitting in them. There is a rubbery plastic ring under the base that will protect your floor from scratches. Well worth the price.

Easy to put together and beautiful. They’re comfortable but smaller than they appear in pictures. They are about the same size as other stools I thought they might be bigger than. Overall, very nice and comfy option for a casual, quaint, dining nook.

Great product at a fair price. While I recommend the chairs, I will caution you not to buy from Leopard Products. The Amazon add read the condition NEW. Leopard sent me previously returned chair that was not in condition to assemble by using the owner's manual. I just wish Amazon would not let a vendor misrepresent the condition of products list as NEW should be in the factory box. Other than that enjoy these chairs.

These wound up serving two 'secondary' purposes - intended for our breakfast bar, one is currently in use in my home office as a workbench stool, and the other is a high seat for my grandson (whom we babysit).DO I like them?? YES - I'm ordering another pair. WHY 4 stars? Minor parts were missing in the original shipment and the packaging quality was poor. (Not shipping - original package).Price seems great for these chairs...

We had these stools about two years and the foot rest broke off one, the leather is very thin and scuffs easily. But they are nice looking and we took a gamble and ordered two more recently hoping with care they will last longer than the previous one. We could have had the foot rest welded back on probably, but for the price thought we would just get new ones. If these wear out I'll go back to wood stools!! !
