I lost my original charging cord. This one works great.

The charger works perfectly fine and is well-made—it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. However, I’m disappointed that I can’t fully enjoy my HidrateSpark bottle because it requires a paid membership to use the app. That’s a real deal-breaker for me, as I expected the app functionality to be included without extra fees. While the cable itself is great, the paid app requirement for the bottle makes the experience less enjoyable. Hopefully, this issue will be addressed in the future, as it’s a shame to have a good product limited by hidden costs.

The water bottle works great. This is my second one.

We bought a hidrate water bottle. My wife wanted a particular color. I called the vendor not bought through Amazon due to that Cole not being available. We received the water bottle and no charge cord or instructions. They were to send a new unit but not sure when. I purchased this cord so we could use the product. When the replacement arrived. The cord in the box was thin short and flimsy. The cord I purchased was twice the thickness and longer and had a better connection than the original.
