Good monk family nutrition mix is full of nutrition, vitamins and probiotics. It has vit A, C,D,zinc and iron which are very good for immunity health. It has no added sugar, salt, fat and preservatives. One pack has 30 sachets and 1 sachet can be added in prepared food for one time. No change in taste. Completely healthy and easy to digest. Value for money so just go for it guys👍

I’ve been using Good Monk Nutrition Mix for a while. It’s easy to add to food and truly doesn’t change the taste, which is convenient. It’s a simple way to get extra vitamins and probiotics daily, especially when diet is not perfect. Good for basic nutrition support, but it’s not a miracle product you still need a healthy diet.

I’ve been using the Good Monk Family Nutrition Mix for a few days and honestly it’s a very convenient way to add extra nutrition to daily meals. The best part is that it mixes easily with food without changing the taste, so even picky eaters can have it comfortably. INS 551
The packaging says "No added preservative". The ingredients say INS 551. Technically, INS 551 is not a preservative. It is an anti-caking agent. Its official chemical name is Silicon Dioxide (often referred to as silica). While preservatives are used to prevent food from spoiling due to bacteria, mold, or yeast, INS 551 is used to prevent physical changes in the food—specifically, it stops powdered ingredients from sticking together. I don't know if it's possible, try not to add anti-caking agent.

Bad product Bad support
The powder had some black spots in it when I opened it. I reached out to their supposed customer service on Whatsapp where I was greet by an automatic agent that did not solve my problem, I could not even reach their customer service.
