The product works as expected. Crushes ice so no chunks floating around in my smoothie. The only issue I would say I have had is registering this product on their website to get my one year warranty. I can't find where to do that anywhere. I wish it was a little more self expainatory on the site.

Efficient
Works great for making hazelnut milk. Good design for efficient blending and easy to clean. Not loud compared to old Kitchen Aid and does a better job with large batches.

Not dishwasher safe.
Seems to work well. I could not register it, however. Translation of instruction book is pretty wild. It does a good job with frozen fruit. Recipe book is for fancier model.

Terrible waste of time & money!
Product is terrible. I was able to make water once Using the “juice” button and then it broke. It Never worked again!

Soup setting works great!
The soup maker is great and it has a wonderful appearance. It provides good amount of presets (soup, smoothie, ice crush, and whole juice). I have used it mainly for soups and smoothies and it works great.

Smokin'.
Used it twice. Second time left it run for three four minutes, maybe five, at the lowest speed. , and the thing starts to smoke. Doesn't run anymore. It's not like I put rocks in there or anything just vegetables. Wasn't forcing anything into it. Probably not under warranty.
