Caused Severe GI Issues
I don't know exactly which ingredient caused me to have bad diarrhea, but I definitely won't be taking any more of this! And they are way too big to swallow, (I normally don't have issues swallowing pills.)They did not help me fall asleep. I ended up having to take two of my gummies melatonin afterwards.
