Acme Thelma Sectional Sleeper Sofa and Ottoman in Gray Polished Microfiber

I have a large living room and a walk through behind the couch. This is why I bought the couch. I like that I can fold the headrests down to sit on the backside like a bench. I am 5’11” and 280 lbs. and it suports me just fine. Then I can put the adjustable headrests at different angles so that I have comfortable back support when watching the tv. The pull out bed is super easy to go in and out. The ottoman comes with it, so that is very nice, also it is sturdy enough to have coasters to place drinks twithout tipping over. I find the firmness comfortable and the texture of the microfiber feels good. I had a party and it was not damaged like fake leather can flake. This looks just the same after my birthday party. I am comfortable sitting in all positions and it is long enough for my friend who is 6’1” to lay down all of the way. Highly recommended, especially if you want to use the backside as a bench to sit on.2:^)Someone had a bad review with no explaination before I bought this, but I found it on wayfair with good reviews. I bet that who ever had the low stars may have wanted a marshmallow fluffy couch or it was damaged upon delivery. I had a good experience overall. I recommend that if you happen to have a damaged couch then just contact the company and get another one because I really like it. This is a keeper.

Not very comfortable. I’m not sure if that will change as the Cushions break in or if they will. The couch is very firm to sit on. The stitching is already coming apart and I’m not sure how to contact anyone about it. It took forever to get to me and the company delivering the product set an appointment on its own for months after I ordered, which it cancelled and never informed me of. I had taken off work to wait ALL DAY just to find out that I needed to make the appointment for delivery myself. I’m concerned that the couch may not hold up even an entire year.UPDATE:Returned the couch. Again there was two different dates for the company transporting the couch and I took off work another day that they didn’t show that’s a full day of pay I could have had for a couch that was overpriced and poorly crafted. Nicely placed the couch outside since only the stitching was damaged and the company workers were to say the least not very gentle loading the product. Good thing I got photos first because I was told I wouldn’t get my refund until after they received and inspected the couch. There was no option for repairs on the couch only a return option. Original return amount stated on my screen was lower than the amount I paid but I was assured by Amazon I would get a full refund. Don’t bother with this it’s a waste of time.

I love this sofa. Plenty of room for people plus has a bed to pull out. Storage at the end is very helpful.

We have owned this couch for a few months now. It was simple to put together. For the price, I expected it to be better quality. The longer you sit in the same spot, there is a huge depression that never comes back to the original height.My spot is a much larger depression than where my wife sits. I’m 250 lbs and she is 140 lbs.The couch looks nice, but I wouldn’t recommend for daily use. You will be disappointed.

Delivery was late. when I bought it it was in stock and then a few weeks later they were telling me it wasn’t in stock and I had to wait a while to get my product. They make a big deal about someone being home 18 or over to accept this product and sign for it and you make a delivery time frame and they delivered outside my time frame and just dropped it on the side of my house when no one was home. The boxes were two times the size me and hard to bring in they did not set up my couch. Highly dissatisfied. The couch is overall very firm and kind of hard. All the screws did not go all the way in and had something blocking them from entering all the way in. Overall once it was together product is very pretty. And fits well.

I love the material, color, style, comfort and fit, but it came with some damage on top of back. I've emailed but not getting any help. It was a Christmas gift and although most perfect, the damage (scratches, small tears) are disheartening. I have to put a throw blanket over it, which I'd rather not have to.

This couch is very comfortable! Fits super perfect in our living room. Material is very soft the pull out bed part is really nice as well! The head rests have different levels to that was super cool! The part that kinda sucked was put on the wheels and bottom pieces. The holes they had were WAY off and we had to take extra time to remeasure everything so it was a little time consuming. But I definitely recommend this couch!!

This is not worth $1500. It is small. Maybe three people can sit, only one can sleep. I regret not checking Wayfair first.
