Love the lotion but can't get a refund and bottle was burst
I ordered this as I've used it for years and it works wonders however when it arrived it was completely burst. I attempted to get a refund however the only option was to print the refund label off myself. I have no printer or facility to print labels and the option for having the label sent to me via post has resulted in nothing being sent to me. Effectively I've spent £27 and have nothing to show for it.So yes, order the product but I'd advise you use a different seller

brilliant cleanser
have used this product for many years & highly recommend it - it stings a little at first when applied but shifts an astounding amount of ingrained daily grime from facial skin

I've been using this product for over 30 years. So nice not having to get near the malls or big-box dept. stores to buy it. So easy on Amazon. Right from the comfort of my home. I love Clinique products.

Das Zeug stinkt / Verkäufer meldet sich nicht
Ich benutze seit Jahren mehrere Produkte von Clinique. So auch diese Gesichtslotion.Nun habe ich die Lotion zum ersten Mal online bei Amazon bestellt und bin sehr enttäuscht.Entweder ich habe ein schlechtes Produkt bekommen oder Clinique hat neue Duftstoffe reingemischt. Die Lotion riecht wirklich ekelhaft. Nach einer Mischung aus Chemie und ungeputzter Küche.Außerdem hat sich der Verkäufer nicht gemeldet, wegen der Rücksendung. Sehr unprofessionell!Update:Bestellt bloß nicht bei dem Verkäufer. Er hat sich bei der Rücksendung sehr unkulant gezeigt. Ich warte seit Wochen auf mein Geld.Es bleibt fraglich, ob es sich bei dem Produkt um ein Original-Produkt handelt.Ab jetzt bestelle ich meine Pflegeprodukte lieber wieder bei Douglas.
