Plug and instructions not compatible with UK
It took long to arrive from China. The plug was different which I did not or could not find an adaptor for. The instructions for use were in Chinese and no other language so I could not use it. There was no forwarding address to return it either so I had to throw it away. Which was a waste of money. Other than that the product line okey exactly as advertised it’s a shame I was unable to use it

Rubbish and dangerous, one star is one more than this product is worth
The plug is not for uk, doesn’t get very hot or produce much steam, came with no intruction and labelling is in Chinese. Also the iron does not fit into the cradle so keeps falling on to the ironing board which is really, really dangerous.

No instruction in English (at least for the people who don’t know Chinese). Even with the high power you cannot iron your clothes properly. It is only a waste of time. It doesn’t work properly in both direction
